On a mission

Birthday presents on a budget

It's my little mums birthday tomorrow and well not being on the wealthy side of life, I was on a mission . I had £30 in my pocket and had a plan to find 1) stuff my mother would use and 2) get as much as I can for my pennies.

My mum really isn't the easiest person to buy for she has everything she needs and well what is there to get for the women who has everything they already wants. Finally it came to me after many a hour thinking , MAKEUP ! She don't really wear alot as she's already beautiful ,still on the young mum side of life and always busy. So I got to thinking of all the product I could that worked well and required minimal effort. It was also buy one get one half price in boots so I got lots for my money and I also had no7 vouchers to use.

I used a old glossybox to save a bit of money on wrapping paper. Its like my own Homemade Glossybox

 Maybelline Brow Drama Sculpting Mascara
Rimmel London Stay Blushed! - I must say this is such a good product
No7 nail polish
Rimmel stay matte powder
Bourjois healthy mix foundation
Maybelline Instant age rewind
Revlon lash potion

Soap and glory - hand maid ( come in the 3 for 2 offer on mini bottles)
mini simple moisturiser
mini toni and guy dry shampoo
Aussie 3 minute miracle conditioner (got this with my boots points )

Something a little extra

My little sister then joined in and we managed to get her some of her favourite products -

So Iv never realised that boots even do makeup bags mainly because I spend most my time in the makeup counters but when I saw this I got a little excited and thought it was so lovely and was only £10 so we had to get it .

The Iwhite teeth brighter which she loves ( Im not to keen I have a really small mouth and they don't fit in and it weren't a great experience ) and she uses them all the time. I got these on p a romo for just £19.99 instead £30 which was a steal . We also got her the insolence perfume which I have mentioned before , that really weren't much as a steal to be fair I think we got robbed it cost us £40.50 in boots but I usually pay around £20 in a perfume shop but we left it to late to complain .

What are you favourite high street products ?
